Starting a Company
Incorporate a company in Estonia through a registration procedure available remotely or in person. Remote setup is possible via POA or e-Residency. In most cases, the OÜ is established in the Business Register within 1-5 business days.
Ready-Made Company
We prepare and sell Estonian ready-made companies for local and foreign entrepreneurs. All shelf entities are established for resale, have fully paid share capital and have not conducted any business activity prior to transfer to new shareholders.
